Quick,
Easy, No Ovens & Delicious!!!!
What you need: Whisk, Sauce Pan,
Measuring Cups, Wood Spoon, & Parchment Paper
Ingredients:
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Cacao
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
1/2 Cups Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
3 Cups Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
Directions:
In Sauce pan on medium heat melt
butter, then add sugar, Cacao, and Milk. Whisk all together till smooth. Let
mixture come to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. With wooden spoon stir
in Peanut Butter, Vanilla, and Oats. Mix till well combined. It will be a
little thicker. Spoon on to parchment paper. (I like them a little bigger
rounds but it is up to you!)
Let it set for 30 minutes or until solid. Yes, you can put them in the fridge to speed up the proses but be careful if refrigerated too long they will dry out.
Makes roughly 20 to 24 Cookies.

Other Variations: Cacao Powder instead
of Cocoa, Nutella, Sunflower Butter, or Cookie Butter instead of Peanut Butter.
