Fitting Out

In today's society it is so hard to fit in... Skinny, youthful, lean, tight clothes, small wastes, big boobs, and so on... How are we suppose to be all of these things. Then on top of all that be good wife's, amazing mothers, be successful strong woman, oh and eat whatever we want but never gain a pound or have any stretch marks.... This is Crazy!

I say fit out!!! Be unique. Find what you enjoy. Find what clothes make you feel good. Find foods that make you feel well. more than anything surround yourself with people that make you feel great!

I think so many times we get caught into what we are suppose to be we flat out forget who we are. How sad.

We are all made different so let your "different" shine. Now I am not at all saying to go get a million tattoos and piercings and change your name eat only junk food and never leave your house. I am saying that instead of trying to look like a stick thin model on a magazine or eat whatever diet a celebrity says they eat or wear clothes that are only found on the covers of fashion magazine.  Find your own. Find your own size, find your own foods, and find your own clothes.

You are you and they are them.

Not everything works for everyone so the challenge is to find yourself. Find what things feed your sol. Find foods that make you feel energized and happy after eating. Find clothes that make you feel good about yourself.

That is the ultimate satisfaction. When you find yourself and let your amazing unique self shine!!!

People are always asking me....

What is your favorite diet?
There are many diets that I find fascinating. There are many that I believe to help many people! It does not matter what one is my favorite... It matters what works best for you!

What foods should I eat?
The only general advice that I give about food is to eat fresh food from scratch. Everything else depends on the person. What they like to eat, what makes them feel well, and many other things. Over all what works best for you!

What is your favorite work out?
I have many work outs that I love! I love those ones for my own needs and reasons. Some relax me, some are fun, and some help me really shed the pounds. I am lucky to know what works best for me...

WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU!?!?
This is what I love to help people learn! Everyone is made different. Everyone likes different food. Everyone digest food differently. Everyone burns calories differently. Everyone wears weight differently. Everyone has their own "bio individuality". Everyone has to find what works best for them and that is what I LOVE TO DO!
I had to find all these things on my own. It was a very long hard struggle. I do not want anyone to ever have to struggle like I did. That is why I am here to help with personal training, health coaching and more! If you have any questions please email me at jawoolstenhulme@gmail.com

My History

Hi my name is Jenn and here is a brief history of me and why I have always wanted to help people. I have always been a very active person. I played many sports, I was always boating and hiking, riding bikes, and going for walks with my family growing up. I have always spent time exercising on my own as well it is something I have always enjoyed. When I was 15 I became very ill. I was constantly vomiting and gained 30 lbs in a month while I was still very active in sports and exercise. My parents took me to many specialist. While they helped me discover I did not have anything life threatening. That is pretty much all they helped with. They decided to start giving me laxatives to help me have bowl movements. I was eating 8 pieces of chocolate laxatives a day and taking 3 tablespoons of Meralax a night. This did help a little with the discomfort but I was still sick all the time. I was able to get into a gastroenterologist with 20 years experience. He took me off the laxatives and informed me that they were eating the lining of my stomach. I have to say winging myself from laxatives was one of the most painful experiences of my life. While this Doctor continued to try and help me none of the drugs he gave me helped including one that put me into a depression for three months which I had never experienced before. After our trials and so many errs he told me that there was nothing he could do and that I would just have to figure out my food intolerance and constipation on my own. My parents helped me research and try out study drugs but nothing helped.

When I was 19 I decided to train for a triathlon. My work outs consisted of an hour swim in the morning, a 1 to 6 mile run in the afternoon, then high cardio and spinning classes in the evening. I was working out 3 to 6 hours a day 7 days a week. I lost 20 pounds in my first month and started to realize more and more that what I ate really effected me. That is when I turned to all whole grains and started studying super foods and the raw food diet. I also stopped drinking caffeine and soda. I started to feel amazing and saw that with high cardio it really helped me have bowl movements and the weight I had gained was shedding off.

In early September when I was 20 I met the man of my dreams!!! I was crazy in love and that was all I could think about. We were married in August 2010! Then Life set in and I realized that I was still very sick and it was not fair for me to be putting all of this on him. I needed to find a final solution and get over this so we can live a healthy happy life together! We went to many doctors appointments and every time all they would say was to take laxatives and enemas because my colon was full. That was incredibly discouraging since I knew that was not a good solution.  With his amazing help we found refuge by going to a colonist near where we lived. She taught me a lot about food combining and what exactly was going on with my digestive system. I was one of the worst cases she had ever seen and because of that they were incredible painful visits but I was feeling better and better. (Most people find colonics relaxing and a spa like experience).

Integrative Nutrition. I found this school when I was 19 and could not wait to go but the timing was always wrong so finally the summer of 2012 I began school. I have learned so much it is crazy and beautiful at the same time.  I have discovered the "right" foods to eat. the right way to trial and er to find what works best for you! I have learned the in and outs of over 100 different diets and  So So much more!!!

Now, I struggle with giving broad tips to people because you always have to remember "one mans cure is another mans poison". I could tell you everything that I am doing but it may not work for you. Plus what I have to do is pretty extreme since I have a compromised Colon and many many odd Food intolerance's.  So when I can and I feel that it is safe to try I will put tips on here like eating organic, eating local foods, and so on.

If you need help?

I would love to help you!!!! I do free 60 minute consultations that are called Health Histories. If you enjoy your experience and want to learn and help heal in a very very healthy safe way then we can talk about it then. If you just want a Health History that is completely fine! They are very informative in themselves.

If you are concerned that we do no live near each other?

No worries! I am trained to handle clients over the phone and with Skype. It is so simple and easy with today's technology!

Please if you are struggling with any health problems I urge you to seek help in a form of a holistic specialist. In my experience and many others it is a great healthy alternative that usually has better results!

Home Made Pizza

Easy as PIE!!!!

People tend to be very scared of any type of dough which is understandable they can be very sensitive and some times advanced but pizza dough is NOT one of them! It is one of the easiest things to make I promise!

What you need; bowl, fork, measuring cups, glass measuring cup, rolling pin, pizza stone or cookie sheet

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Hot Water
2 Tablespoons or 1 Packet Active Dry Yeast
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (Peanut Oil works great too)
3 Cups All Purpose or Whole Wheat Flour (more may be needed)
1 Teaspoon Salt

Directions:
Measure water in glass measuring cup. Poor in yeast and whisk with fork till dissolved then add salt. In separate bowl measure out 2 cups of flour. Slowly add water mixture into bowl. While you are doing this try to be whisking the mixture with a fork. Mixture should start to thicken when it start to do so, ditch fork and start to massage dough with hands (kneading) add more flower as needed. You want to make sure the dough is smooth and a little tight. Then let the dough sit in a dry area to raise about 30 minutes. I like to use my microwave.

When dough has sat and raised get a cup of flour and sprinkle a little on top of dough and cover your hands, dough will be sticky. Knead again gently. Form into balls. Pin out dough with rolling pin onto pizza stone or cooking sheet till crust is to your liking. I like thin crust and then I have more dough to use too. (If you like deep dish style us casserole pan to bake dough in).

Place just pinned out dough into Oven at 420 F for 5-10 minutes, till dough starts to turn lightly golden brown in places.
Pull out and place desired topping(s) on and place back in the oven 5-10 minutes till cheese is melted and crust is a pretty brown. It can be hard with whole wheat so test though dough with tooth pick, in the middle of the pizza.

"Tight" Pizza Dough Just after making                 "Resting" After 30 Minutes of resting
Seth's Pizza before baking. I love that you can make it any way you want! After it is all baked

My Pizza... I know it makes me look boring but I love it! I don't feel heavy and weighed down after eating. I always make mine with lots of sauce and fresh veggies with NO cheese.
