Peanut Butter & Cacao No bake Cookies

Quick, Easy, No Ovens & Delicious!!!!
What you need: Whisk, Sauce Pan, Measuring Cups, Wood Spoon, & Parchment Paper

Ingredients:
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Cacao
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
1/2 Cups Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
3 Cups Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter

Directions:
In Sauce pan on medium heat melt butter, then add sugar, Cacao, and Milk. Whisk all together till smooth. Let mixture come to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. With wooden spoon stir in Peanut Butter, Vanilla, and Oats. Mix till well combined. It will be a little thicker. Spoon on to parchment paper. (I like them a little bigger rounds but it is up to you!)
Let it set for 30 minutes or until solid. Yes, you can put them in the fridge to speed up the proses but be careful if refrigerated too long they will dry out.
Makes roughly 20 to 24 Cookies.

ENJOY!!!!!

Other Variations: Cacao Powder instead of Cocoa, Nutella, Sunflower Butter, or Cookie Butter instead of Peanut Butter. I have tried all these variations and they are ALL Delicious but Peanut Butter and Cacao are my favorite!

After all Ingredients have been mixed in sauce pan
When first dropped onto partchment

They are so good that only a few make it to the cookie Jar!

Relax Live a Little!

Something That I Can Struggle With....

It is so nice to just let loose and have some fun! To act like a kid and be silly! To enjoy every piece of candy!

A few weeks ago we went to a local in door theme park. We played video games, went bowling, and did a ropes coarse! It was so much fun to just be a kid! At the end of the night we finished it with a Banana Split and it was Delicious! I enjoyed every bit and I do not regret it at all! Perfect night!

Take time out of your life to act like a kid!!! We all need some silly times in our life!!! And when it comes to the ice cream sundae  ENJOY every bite!
