Know what you are Worth and Never give up!!

Nothing is Stronger then Human Will Power! 

I find that it is so easy to give into downtrodden thoughts. Once we have one, more and more just seem to keep coming so I say stop it at the door! We are capable of doing so many things and what stops us? Bad thoughts! Now I know sometimes others put those thoughts into our mind but either way we choose to listen or not. Here are a few great exercises to prevent such thoughts!

When you are ready to give into saddening thoughts:

  1. Take a Deep breath in and nice and slowly release that breath repeat 3 times 
  2. Take a moment keep breathing and slowly count down from 10
  3. Repeat in your head "I am smart, I am kind, I am loved person, and I love myself"
  4. Clear your mind and Start brain storming!

 When you are ready to start making your goals:

  1. Take out a piece of paper and just start writing whatever comes to you
  2. After you feel like you have put everything on your paper read threw and circle things that are repeated or you feel is a high priority
  3. Take those top 3 things and wright those down on a new piece of paper
  4.  Under each topic write down 3 things that you can do to achieve that goal
  5. Now that you have your 3 top goals and 3 ways to achieve each goal set aside a time to work on them
  6. Then set a deadline for each individual goal! 
Make sure you work on 1 goal at a time! If you take on too much you may feel overwhelmed and may not achieve as much and or as quickly.

When you feel that you cannot achieve your Goals or you have hit a wall:

  1. Take a Deep breath in and nice and slowly release that breath repeat 3 times
  2. Repeat in your head "I am strong, I can do this, and I deserve this"! 
  3. Then Clear your mind and Start Achieving your goals! 
For those that find this silly or pointless... I challenge you to try it and truly put an effort forth! You may surprise yourself!
